An excellent service. Chris was punctual, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Good clear communications. A very clean job, no mess, and the photos of the soot and chimney were interesting. Thank you Chris.

Chris was proficient, efficient and very personable. I was able to schedule a sweep within days of first contacting him, and he arrived within the time advised. He was very careful to mask the chimney area, and he wore shoe covers so left no mark at all. He quickly cleaned the chimney and gave me a full explanation of what he had done, what had been removed and advised me of the best place for the CO alarm. He was totally professional and I will definitely recommend him to the new owners of our house.

Alex Scotchbrook

I HIGHLY recommend Chris. He's friendly, professional, thorough and VERY knowledgeable. He's also spotted things others haven't, and has quite possibly prevented a thatch fire. Brilliant, brilliant service with all the follow up "fixing" we need.

Excellent service from Full House Chimney Services. Booked them to sweep and inspect our log burner and chimney, and I couldn't fault the experience. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently. The job was completed quickly with no mess left behind, and everything was clearly explained. What really stood out was how easy they were to deal with. They had availability at relatively short notice, offered a great price, and provided all the necessary certification on completion through the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps, which gave us real confidence in the work carried out. Reliable, professional, good value, and excellent customer service throughout. I would happily use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for chimney sweeping or log burner servicing.
