Book Your £25 Site Survey
Get in touch to arrange a home survey. We’ll visit, check your fireplace or plan a flue route, and chat through the best options for your stove installation.
We inspect and advice
We assess the chimney or flue route, hearth, ventilation, combustibles and access
Receive a clear quotation
After the survey, you’ll receive a clear, detailed quote with everything included: stove size recommendations, a full breakdown of costs, and any extra work required (such as chimney lining or flue system options).
Choose your stove and date
Accept the quote, choose the appliance and secure an installation date
Installation and handover
We install your stove and flue system to HETAS standards—whether that’s a flexible liner in an existing chimney or a twin wall system for homes without one. Once fitted, we’ll show you how to light and use your stove, fuel it efficiently, and keep it maintained.
Certification & Aftercare
Once the balance is paid, we notify HETAS and Building Control for you. You’ll receive your certificate in the post, backed by our Full House Installation & Care Guarantee. From there, you can enjoy your new stove with the peace of mind that we’re here for annual sweeping, servicing, and ongoing support.
