Get in touch to arrange a home survey. We’ll visit, check your fireplace or plan a flue route, and chat through the best options for your stove installation.

2. Personalised Quote & Advice

After the survey, you’ll receive a clear, detailed quote with everything included: stove size recommendations, a full breakdown of costs, and any extra work required (such as chimney lining or flue system options).

3. Choose Your Stove & Secure Your Date

Pick your stove, accept the quote, and pay the deposit. We’ll then book in your installation at a time that suits you.

4. Professional Installation & Handover

We install your stove and flue system to HETAS standards—whether that’s a flexible liner in an existing chimney or a twin wall system for homes without one. Once fitted, we’ll show you how to light and use your stove, fuel it efficiently, and keep it maintained.

5. Certification & Aftercare

Once the balance is paid, we notify HETAS and Building Control for you. You’ll receive your certificate in the post, backed by our Full House Installation & Care Guarantee. From there, you can enjoy your new stove with the peace of mind that we’re here for annual sweeping, servicing, and ongoing support.
